Northampton MA, western MA has been my home for 30+ years now. I know my way around here pretty well. There are plenty of good places to eat in Northampton. And there are restaurants in Northampton that just don’t last for one reason or another. This town has a very large share of Asian eatery’s. Not sure how they all make it.
I have not eaten in every restaurant in NOHO (Northampton) but I will someday. Unless the restaurant is top-notch it should be on the main street of downtown. When it is on the side streets the tourists don’t know they are there.
So the restaurants are broken down to these types. Asian, Mexican, American, Argentina, Cajun, Italian, Indian, Spanish, Coffee shops, and bakeries. No French, Germain or Greek.
